Writers gather: A Latina writers panel takes place Sunday, Jan. 25 in Seal Beach.

The free event, which begins at 3 p.m., features Mary Castillo, Margo Candela, Jamie Martinez Wood, Margo Candela, Sandra Lopez and Sarah Rafael GarcĂ­a.
