The Hispanic Cultural Center of Idaho will be holding its annual ¡Animo! Media awards which honors Idaho media for their objective handling of Latino issues. This year the selection committee is proud to announce the 3rd Annual winners.
Outstanding Newspaper: The Boise Weekly
Outstanding Print Reporter: Jessie Bonner, the Associated Press
Outstanding TV Reporter: Michelle Stark, Good Morning Live Co-Anchor KIVI Channel 6
Outstanding News Team: Fox News at Nine, KTRV FOX 12
The awards will be handed out on May 2, 2009 during the 11th Annual Hispanic Cultural Center Gala.
